This is really cool! I like the roleplaying side of this.  Is this close to what a typical shift is like?

Our studio is also working on a radiology game.  It's very much in the prototype phase https://adroitmu.itch.io/scanbright

We've stuck to chest x-rays and a simple normal/abnormal for now.  Hoping to expand to more modes in the future.

Yeah I tried mimicking the business of a call shift. Your game looks more educational, neat.

Thanks for checking it out!

I found the art style of your game to be immersive and fun. Like going to stardew valley for imaging.

I feel like this could land really well with the right group. It captures how games can teach better than standard methods. The quick iteration and feedback is excellent.

Any future development plans?

Yeah definitely. Was going for the original Pokemon on Gameboy look...no development plans at this time, I had shared it with some radiology colleagues back when I published it but have moved on since. I would love for more people to play it (there's a "final boss" level at the end where you have to perform an endovascular thrombectomy by navigating an interventional wire) so if you have any ideas I'm all ears

It's a neat idea, but I would appreciate a lot more guidance in the tutorial--some highlighted examples of the different type of maladies would be great. I think it would also be helpful to have the early cases all looking at the same part of the body so that you can get a hang of what to look for.

thanks for playing! I geared the difficulty level to training/practicing radiologists so it is probably pretty tough for nonradiologists...I may create a more non-radiologist friendly version!

That makes a lot of sense!
